Man, 21, arrested in connection with Northwest Side stabbing, SAPD says

A suspect was arrested Sunday in connection with a stabbing on the Northwest Side that left a man seriously wounded, according to San Antonio police. Officers responded to the incident around 12:40 p.m. in the 5700 block of North Knoll, which is located near Danny Kaye Drive. According to an SAPD preliminary report, officers were told that the suspect, a 21-year-old man, physically assaulted someone at the location. As a 26-year-old man attempted to stop the altercation, police said the suspect stabbed him in the upper body. SAPD said the suspect fled from the scene and was later found by officers.
