PHOENIX (AZFamily) — An erratic man accused of barricading himself inside a south Phoenix home after a shooting was arrested Wednesday afternoon. It started when police responded to multiple reports of a shooting between two men at a park near 23rd Avenue and Baseline Road. Officers said one of the men, identified as 35-year-old Jose Villalobos, was acting erratically inside a nearby business while armed with a handgun. Villalobos then ran through several yards and forced his way into a nearby home, police said. Family describes suspects breaking into home Family members of the homeowners told Arizona’s Family that Villalobos was one of two gunmen who broke into their home after the shootout.
