WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A man already facing a charge of first-degree murder in a deadly shooting in downtown Wichita appeared before a judge again, this time in connection with a deadly 2024 shooting. Kevin Buggs is now charged with involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of Ronnie Wallace. Wallace was killed in a shooting in September 2024 in the 600 block of North Topeka. Buggs was arrested and charged earlier this year in another shooting that happened in downtown Wichita. In that shooting, Stevie Young was found dead inside his car near the downtown YMCA.
