OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - An Omaha man has been booked into Douglas County Corrections for 1st-degree murder in the shooting death of another man in August , according to court records. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Diontrey Rodgers, 32, who was booked into jail Wednesday evening on charges of murder, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, and possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person. Police reported that on Aug. 16 a man was found suffering from gunshot wounds near 28th and Titus Avenue. The man, later identified as Lashawn Lessley, Jr, 34, was pronounced deceased at Nebraska Medical Center.
