A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting and robbery that happened last month in Eastchester, police say. Billy Perez was arrested Monday and was charged with manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and intentional murder. The incident happened on Aug. 23 at 1710 E 233rd St. at 5:42 a.m.
