Police arrested a Baltimore man who's accused of shooting out a car window in an alleged road rage incident on the Beltway, according to Maryland State Police. Brandon Allison, 40, of Baltimore, has been charged with attempted second-degree murder, loaded handgun in vehicle and other related charges, state police said. He remains held without bond at the Jennifer Road Detention Center. Police said troopers were called for a shooting shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday to the Outer Loop of the Beltway near the exit for the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
