CLAY COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - An arrest has been made less than a month after a crash killed two children in Clay County, West Virginia. James Neal II, 34, of Indore, is facing multiple charges tied to a deadly August crash that killed two children and critically injured a third. According to West Virginia State Police, Neal was driving a 2008 GMC Acadia on August 22 when the vehicle left Clay Highway and slammed into a parked front-end loader. The crash occurred near the Indore Post Office. Two boys, ages seven and 13, died in the crash.
