Sean Lamont Dell, 49, has been charged with murder and possession of a firearm by a felon. MEDIC responded to a shooting call at around noon Sunday, in the 300 block of East 5th Street-- just outside the Spectrum Arena. The victim was reportedly found bleeding from the back.
