Syracuse, N.Y. — A 21-year-old man was killed in a shooting on Syracuse’s North Side on Saturday, police said. Around 5:26 p.m., Syracuse police officers responded to a residence at 115 S. Alvord St. after a robbery was reported, according to Onondaga County 911 Center dispatches. The 911 caller said that somebody came into the house and shot their friend, according to dispatches. When officers arrived, they entered the house and found a 21-year-old man with an apparent gunshot wound to the leg, said Sgt.
