A 24-year-old man was found hiding in a closet Tuesday after stabbing another man multiple times inside a Lancaster County home, police said. Quarryville police were dispatched to the 100 block of Groffdale Drive for a report of a stabbing. Police said they forced themselves inside after hearing a person shouting for help, then found a man inside the home with multiple stab wounds. EMS treated the wounded man, and police arrested Jared Navarro, 24, of Quarryville, after finding him hiding in a closet inside the home. Navarro was taken to Lancaster County Prison and charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person.
