Zyere Porter pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting second-degree intentional murder and two counts of aiding and abetting a drive-by shooting in June, receiving sentences of 360 months, 88 months, and 98 months, respectively, to be served concurrently. According to the original criminal complaint, the shooting — that killed 23-year-old Stageina Katraya Shapryia Whiting, of Brooklyn Center, and injured four others — happened on June 1, 2025.
