VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach police say a suspect is in custody after a shooting that happened on July 28 . The shooting happened about 7 p.m. that evening in the 5700 block of Norham Place, police said. A man was injured and treated at a hospital. 31, Chesapeake police arrested Lamontae King, 20, of Virginia Beach, during an unrelated traffic stop, according to a news release from Virginia Beach police. King is charged with armed robbery, conspiracy, use of a firearm and aggravated malicious wounding.
