POCATELLO — A person was killed after a family dispute turned physical Sunday afternoon and now a man is charged with homicide, according to the Pocatello Police Department. Andrew Scoffield, 44, was taken into custody and booked into the Bannock County Jail on a charge of second-degree homicide. Police were called to the 800 block of Park Avenue and determined the victim and Scoffield had been involved in a family argument that escalated into a physical altercation, police say. The victim was seriously hurt in the fight and later died.
