GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A man accused of killing a Gwinnett County officer earlier this year, and who is now facing the death penalty, has been re-indicted in the case. Kevin Andrews, 35, was in court Tuesday for what was at one point to be a motions hearing. He was instead arraigned on the new indictment, which contains 11 counts, and he pleaded not guilty.
