AUSTIN (KXAN) -- On Tuesday, Austin Police identified the man killed in a homicide in north Austin on July 24. That man was 43-year-old Zachary Page. Oficers responded to the 12200 block of N. Interstate 35 Service Road northbound near Tech Ridge just after 2:30 p.m.
