Man killed outside Rockville sports bar got into a 'confrontation' before he was shot to death, police say

According to Montgomery County Police, 33-year-old Nicholas Njuki was shot to death outside Quincy’s Potomac Bar and Grille early Sunday morning. Officers were called to the bar and restaurant on Seven Locks Road just after 2 a.m. When they arrived, Njuki was found wounded in the parking lot.
