Man on the run after Georgia Cracker Barrel stabbing

ALBANY, Ga. — A man accused of stabbing someone at a Georgia Cracker Barrel is on the run, according to police. The Albany Police Department said Marshall Dowell, 32, is accused of stabbing a 58-year-old man at a Cracker Barrel on Westover Blvd around 8:48 p.m. on Friday.
