A man was shot and killed in San Jose on Wednesday night and police are still trying to piece together what happened and why. Officers were sent to the 700 block of Stockton Avenue near Taylor Street at about 11 p.m. to investigate reports of a shooting, San Jose police said Thursday. The motive and circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation.
