Detectives say they are looking for a 21-year-old Gaithersburg man, Shayan Solimani Damabi, in connection with the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Nicholas Njuki. Just after 2:02 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 13, Rockville City police and Montgomery County police responded to the parking lot of Quincy’s Bar and Grille, located in the 1000 block of Seven Locks Road, for a report of a shooting.
