Missing patient's body found after deadly California medical helicopter crash

The body of a patient who went missing when a medical helicopter crashed into the Pacific Ocean near Los Angeles on Wednesday has been found, bringing the death toll to three, according to the Coast Guard. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department divers found a body matching the description of the missing person after searching more than 156 square miles for over 23 hours, the Coast Guard said in a statement . Relatives of the missing person told ABC7 that the woman was being transported from Catalina Island to the mainland for medical care after having an allergic reaction.
