The order came Tuesday night following dueling court orders and an emergency request from People Not Politicians' Richard von Glahn to hold Hoskins in contempt. The Missouri Supreme Court previously blocked the state from using the 2025 congressional map approved by the Legislature. On Tuesday, a federal judge issued a temporary restraining order preventing Missouri from using any congressional map other than the 2025 map.
