Kershena Cotton and her son Logan Walker pleaded guilty in court today to charges related to the accidental shooting death of 12-year-old Tyler Taffe in 2024 at Cotton’s home. Logan Walker admitted in court that he was the one who accidentally shot Tyler. According to his attorneys, Walker was moving clothes off a bed where Tyler was lying and did not notice a gun underneath the clothes. The gun discharged, fatally wounding Tyler. Walker’s attorneys said he froze in the moment and later regretted lying to detectives about the incident.
