The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the second victim of the fiery plane crash at Montgomery Field on Labor Day. NBC 7’s Dave Summers has more. Flight instructor Fredrick Hewett , 37, and his student, Roger Shimizu, 45 , were killed when their Cessna crashed at Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport during an instructional flight. The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office identified Hewett as the second victim of the fiery crash.
