LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — District court heard a motion Thursday to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit for a teen killed in a DUI crash outside Arbor View High School. According to the court minutes, Judge Mark Denton denied the motion after hearing from counsel “regarding crosswalk and safety control measures.” The parties present were attorneys for both defendants and McKenzie Scott’s family. The lawsuit was filed in early May.
