Motorcyclist killed after crashing into pole in Rochester
A motorcyclist was killed Saturday afternoon after crashing into a utility pole on Dewey Avenue in Rochester, police said. Greece Police and Rochester Police Department officers responded around 2:08 p.m. 19 to the 2600 block of Dewey Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Officers found a motorcycle that had crashed into a pole. The adult operator was pronounced dead at the scene and was not transported to a hospital.
