Motorcyclist killed in collision with turning car in N.J. town, police say

A motorcyclist died at the scene of a crash Sunday night in South Plainfield, authorities said. The motorcyclist, Sierra Grey, lived in South Plainfield, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said. The 7:20 p.m. crash at Ledden Terrace and Clinton Avenue is still under investigation. But the initial examination shows a Subaru Outback was making a left turn from Clinton onto Ledden when Grey’s Honda motorcycle struck the driver’s side front of the Subaru, the prosecutor’s office said. The Subaru’s driver, a 76-year-old South Plainfield man, was not injured.
