MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCSC) — A man has been arrested after a shooting at a basketball court in Moncks Corner left multiple people injured Monday night. Hassan Doiley has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of pointing and presenting a firearm, and two counts of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. According to the Moncks Corner Police Department, two people were shot at the basketball courts at the Regional Recreation Center off East Main Street. Both were taken to Roper St. Because Doiley was believed to be outside the Moncks Corner Police Department’s jurisdiction, officials contacted the U.S.
