Neighbors call for change after 4 shot at troubled home in Wilmington

Four people are expected to survive after a shooting Tuesday morning in Wilmington, Delaware.Officers from the Wilmington Police Department were called to the area of 10th and Spruce streets around 6 a.m.Police found three men – ages 23, 40, and 49 – and a 53-year-old woman suffering from gunshot wounds.The victims were brought to a local hospital and listed in stable condition, according to police.Witnesses tell FOX 29 News at least a dozen people were outside the property when gunshot rang out. Neighbors told FOX 29 there has been frequent open drug use at the property and that the home has been raided by police before. Bullet holes from previous shootings are visible in the windows, according to neighbors. Cheryl Elzey, a neighboring property manager, described hearing "pop pop pop pop pop" early Tuesday morning. "I heard like 10 shots and said wow are they shooting? And we came out and one of the victims was sitting on the stoop," said Elzey.
