Police have arrested a New Haven man in connection with the fatal shooting of a man two weeks ago . New Haven officials said 25-year-old Bailey Gottert was taken into custody on Monday, charged with murder, first-degree robbery, carrying a pistol without a permit, criminal possession of a firearm and other charges.
