A New Jersey man died Wednesday after his vehicle was struck from behind on Interstate 380 in Monroe County, state police said. The crash happened shortly after 2:15 p.m. in the southbound lanes near mile marker 4.3, according to Pennsylvania State Police in Stroudsburg. Troopers said a vehicle driven by Manuel A. Guzman, 30, of Paterson, New Jersey, struck the rear of a vehicle driven by Patricio S. Correa Serrano, 43, of Belleville, New Jersey.
