Newly released video shows homicide victim being ambush before deadly Northeast Philadelphia shooting

The shooting happened back on June 24 in the 4000 block of Gilham Street in Northeast Philadelphia. PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police released video Friday of three suspects ambushing a homicide victim. Investigators say the 24-year-old victim was confronted by the suspects as he was returning to his house. In the video, you can see three suspects sneak up on the victim, while another suspect stays in the getaway car. Police say another man "appeared frightened and retreated out of fear." One of the gunmen could be seen standing over the victim as he fires shots.
