The affidavit accuses 22-year-old Nathaniel Michael Carrasco of threatening to shoot students at Serna Elementary School, located next door to his home near Loop 410 and Perrin Beitel Road. San Antonio police arrested Carrasco Sunday on a third-degree felony charge of making a terroristic threat. He was booked into the Bexar County jail, where he remained Monday in lieu of $250,000 bail.
