NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — The North Charleston Police Department said one man is dead and another is in the hospital after two people were shot Monday night. Associate Chief Angela Johnson said officers were called to the 5600 block of Dobson Street around 9 p.m. after receiving reports that a person was shot. When they got to the scene, officers found one man who had been shot multiple times. EMS took him to the hospital. Soon after, police got called to a trailer park just down the street for reports of someone being shot.
