PHILADELPHIA -- Three men were injured in a shooting Tuesday afternoon in North Philadelphia. The gunfire erupted around 4:50 p.m. on the 2200 block of Ridge Avenue near Cecil B. According to police, all three victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment. Their conditions were not immediately available. Chopper 6 was over the scene as investigators cordoned off the intersection with crime scene tape.
