Officials identify woman killed in fatal crash in Dauphin County
DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Officials have identified the woman killed in a crash in East Hanover Township earlier this month as 39-year old Melissa J. Pennsylvania State Police said the crash occurred around 2 p.m. on Sept. 6 in the area of Mountain Road and Firehouse Road. According to a public information release report released by state police, Risser's vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and struck a Ram pickup truck head-on. Both Risser and the other driver were transported to Penn State Hershey Medical Center by South Central EMS.
