Oklahoma man arrested after barricading himself in RV after shooting

POTEAU, Okla. — Authorities arrested a man from Poteau, Oklahoma, following a shooting that happened on Friday. Officers with the Poteau Police Department were sent to the 1000 block of North Saddler after receiving a call about a shooting that happened in the area. The caller also told police that the man, later identified as Dustin Matlock, had barricaded himself inside an RV and was still armed. Several agencies arrived at the scene, secured the area, and tried to negotiate with Matlock. Police said he was eventually taken into custody and faces several felony and misdemeanor charges.
