Ole Miss is suing a pair of LSU football players for unpaid buyout money after transferring

The Clarion-Ledger obtained a copy of complaints filed by Ole Miss in Lafayette County, Mississippi, on Monday, which state that Umanmielen and Harper signed revenue-sharing agreements with the school before entering the transfer portal in January. Umanmielen, the Rebels’ sack leader in 2025, inked a new deal with Ole Miss at 10:02 p.m. on Jan 3, according to the university, and Harper, a rising sophomore offensive lineman, signed his at 8:19 a.m. on Jan.
