One dead after crash on I-64; lanes reopen

WOODFORD COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Update 2: The identity of the person killed in a two-vehicle crash on I-64 West in Woodford County on Thursday has been released. The Kentucky State Police said that 36-year-old Christine Wilson of Versailles was pronounced dead at the scene of the morning crash. A preliminary inquiry revealed that while driving her GMC Yukon SUV in heavy traffic, Wilson rear-ended the back of a semi-truck’s trailer near the 61-mile marker. The driver of the semi-truck did not suffer any life-threatening injuries. The interstate was shut down but has since reopened.
