A 24-year-old Frankfort man is dead after a rollover crash in Ross County Tuesday, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Troopers from the Chillicothe Post responded to a one-car rollover crash on County Road 550 near Heather Drive in Concord Township. Investigators said a 2023 Jeep Wrangler driven by Collin Fout was traveling southeast on County Road 550 when he failed to negotiate a curve, went off the right side of the road, overturned and struck a utility pole. Fout was ejected from the Jeep. Fout was rushed to the hospital where he died.
