Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that happened early Tuesday morning in southwest Albuquerque. According to Albuquerque police, officers were sent to a report of a fight on the 100 block of La Media Road SW. Officers found a person who had died as a result of a stabbing. Homicide detectives are investigating the incident. No further information was released by police.
