LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — One person is dead and two others are hospitalized following a crash between a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck Friday morning, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department stated that officers are currently on the scene of the crash near Highland Drive and Edna Avenue, off I-15 and Desert Inn Road. Two other individuals were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. This is an ongoing investigation, police said.
