GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police are investigating a shooting that killed one person and wounded five others early Sunday morning on West Market Street. Officers were dispatched around 1:55 a.m. to the area outside Club Orion at 4618 West Market St., Police Chief Kamran Afzal said. Detectives determined that a disturbance occurred in front of the establishment before multiple shots were fired, Afzal said. Four people suffered gunshot-related injuries, another was injured by broken glass and one person died, according to police. The North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement division is also investigating, police said.
