A teen is dead and another injured after an ATV crash in Volusia County Sunday, state troopers say. The whole thing happened just after noon, according to an FHP report, near Pell Road and Ashby Way in Osteen. Troopers say the rider, a 15-year-old girl, lost control, the vehicle flipped, and the teen died. Her passenger, a 13-year-old girl, went to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to troopers. A roadblock was in place at last check, as the crash is under investigation.
