Oregon State baseball adds 2 commitments of 2028 left-handed pitchers
Source Scout · The Oregonian / OregonLive reports: CORVALLIS — It’s increasingly likely Oregon State center Van Wells and safety Jaheim Patterson will be eligible to play for the entirety of at least the regular season. The two fifth-year seniors, who were granted a preliminary injunction against the NCAA last month, are suing the NCAA for breach of contract over them not being eligible under the organization’s age-based eligibility model. A status hearing in their case was held Tuesday morning in Benton County Circuit Court, with Judge Matthew Donohue unable to set a trial date due to his assistant being unavailable this week.
