Police said Oswego man 'intentionally' drove into 2 people YORKVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- A 21-year-old Oswego man has been charged with murder and attempted murder in an "intentional" crash in Yorkville over the weekend, police said. Lestina has been charged in the death of Victor M. Hernandez Medina , 23, of Sandwich and in the injuries of a second adult victim, officials said Tuesday. Police said Hernandez Medina, the second victim and another adult arranged to meet Lestina in a parking lot in the 300-block of East Veterans Parkway in Yorkville before 5:15 p.m.
