Pedestrian killed in crash near Timmerman Airport in Milwaukee

A 21-year-old pedestrian was hit and killed in a crash near Timmerman Airport Tuesday morning, shutting down a portion of Hampton Avenue during the morning commute. The crash happened around 6 a.m. at the intersection of 92nd Street and Hampton Avenue. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the pedestrian died. Police said the driver was traveling westbound on West Hampton Avenue and hit the pedestrian.
