Pedestrian stuck, killed on Highway 50 near Sacramento in late-night collision

California Highway Patrol officers are investigating after a man was struck and killed Tuesday night on Highway 50 near downtown Sacramento. The fatal collision happened just before 10 p.m. on westbound Highway 50, east of Interstate 5 in the Southside Park neighborhood.
