A person was transported to the hospital after a fight inside a northwest Las Vegas home ended in a shooting Thursday morning. The Metropolitan Police Department said dispatch received a report of a shooting in the 4500 block of Blue Royal Drive, near Craig Road and Decatur Boulevard, at 4:31 a.m. Preliminary information indicates an altercation occurred inside the residence, during which one of the people involved was shot, police said. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
