TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) -- Deputies arrested a 35-year-old man accused of second-degree murder in connection with a shooting that left a driver dead. According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, deputies arrested Martin Bobbie Tapia around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, following an investigation into an August shooting. The arrest stems from a shooting that occurred on Friday, Aug. Deputies responded to a report of shots heard just after 5 a.m. near Bilby Rd and Cardinal Ave.
