The Denton, Maryland, police chief was killed Friday morning in a head-on crash with a delivery truck, leaving the town in mourning. Denton Police Chief George William Bacorn Jr. was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe near a Talbot County intersection around 11:30 a.m., according to CBS News Baltimore . A Ford Transit delivery truck driven by Antonio Jaquan Handy, 31, of Salisbury, Maryland, was traveling in the opposite direction when the truck crossed the double yellow line, struck a Chevrolet Silverado’s side mirror and hit Bacorn’s Tahoe head-on.
